Fear you feel when there is imminent danger. That is useful: the adrenaline released by fear makes you able to fight or flee. But some people are anxious without real danger.

Fear arises by thinking about things that you do not want to experience. You have not gone away, you only imagine yourself! So you can vividly see for yourself that you give the presentation, make mistakes and complete. No matter how real these thoughts / imaginations seem, they are an illusion!
